This is a land management map for the eastern area within Ring Road 3. This map will be used to transform the eastern area into a new town in the future, assuming the population will increase.

Currently, Phnom Penh's population is said to be over 2.4 million according to statistics, but the actual population is said to be much higher.

Going forward, there are plans to expand Phnom Penh to increase its population to 6 million by 2035.

One of these projects is the development of the eastern area, which will see the development of a city that is easy for people to live in.

As a result, facilities such as commercial areas, residential areas, government facilities, industrial zones, and parks will be developed.
