I felt the growth potential of Cambodia and went to Phnom Penh around 2013, but at that time I had just learned about the existence of the Master Plan, which is a Phnom Penh urbanization plan.

Seeing that big plan, will it really come true? While I was thinking, it gradually came to be as planned.

I think it is a very valuable experience to be able to see the "growth of the city" in a timely manner.

Also, looking at the growing Asian region as a whole, every country is interesting, but Cambodia, which has affordability and footwork, is attractive and will be more interesting in the future.

Another country I arrived at was Africa after investigating the next growing country.

Therefore, from 2017, I have been visiting East Africa and Central African countries.

Africa is called the last frontier, but I think it is quite interesting considering the future population growth rate and future potential. East Africa and Central Africa in particular are unfamiliar but full of possibilities. It's still too early to make a full-scale investment, but I was really interested in it, so I'm starting an investigation.
