Platinum Coast
Platinum Coast is the first project to break ground in the Ream Development Plan, which is being developed as the new Sihanoukville.
Located on the edge of the national park and offering panoramic views of the ocean, Platinum Coast will be Cambodia's premier seaside project.
The project covers a total area of 50 hectares and will include condominiums, luxury villas, a nature park, a shopping mall and more, making it a comprehensive resort project worthy of the new Sihanoukville.
The completed Platinum Coast First Flush Condominium consists of two 17-storey towers with a total of 494 studio and one-bedroom units ranging in size from 34 square metres to 71 square metres, including four penthouses.
The first phase of the villas will include a total of 54 units in two different designs.

Sihanoukville, Cambodia's sea gateway, is a representative coastal province.
The new urban development in Sihanoukville, the Ream Project, began in 2021.
The project will be developed by Cambodian and Singaporean companies with a total investment of about $1 billion.
The plan is for a large-scale mixed-use development that will include luxury villas, a commercial centre, a shopping mall and a five-star hotel.
Platinum Resort is being built within the Binhai Cultural Tourism Bese, with phase 1 already completed.
