Polish food company Lipko Foods has announced that it will set up a factory in Cambodia.
The background to this includes economic growth and increasing consumption, as well as low labor costs and a secure labor force.
Recently, the number of foreign companies entering Cambodia has been increasing, and as it is still easy to do business there, the number is likely to continue to increase.
Speaking of Poland, it is a pro-Japanese country.
I had looked into it before, and while it was possible to purchase a room in an apartment, there were restrictions on buying land.
The apartment blocks are like housing complexes, built from the communist era through to more recent times, although there are also blocks aimed at the wealthy.
Well, I'd like to go there on a trip sometime.
This is a newer block, in the center of town, 61.5 square meters, about 13.3 million yen.
It's probably cheaper if you go to the suburbs.
