The other day, a friend in Phnom Penh told me about a farm property. It seems to be a cashew nut farm.

The location is Kompong Speu, a few dozen kilometers west of Phnom Penh.

The area is 1,000 hectares, which is approximately the size of 213 Tokyo Domes.

It's about $3 per square meter, so that's 30 million.

Apparently there is room for negotiation.

I don't know if this is a reasonable price, but even if we bargain down by about 20%, 24 million is still a good price.

When I asked about its use, I was told that as it is not designated as a farm, it could be developed.

But what's interesting is that after dealing with information about Phnom Penh and Cambodia for so many years, I occasionally come across some interesting information.
